Fasting is not a sacrifice but a free will and fellowship offering—a kind of worship.
Fasting has both spiritual and health benefits. It detoxes our body and strengthens our spirit.
Every Christian should choose the type of fast that corresponds to their uniqueness, whether dry, wet, or partial.
There is no fixed price for each prayer topic, but faith influences everything. Some will move mountains with short fasts. However, regular fasts give our spirit more authority.
God always hears us. Unanswered prayers mean you have to recheck. Rather than being discouraged, you should pray again or dig more while still praying.
